Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relations between Flowtai and its clients for the provision of web development, artificial intelligence and automation services. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Offered

• Website development (showcase, e-commerce, SaaS applications)
• AI solutions (chatbots, RAG systems)
• Process automation (n8n/Make workflows)
• API integrations and connectors
• Maintenance and technical support

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment schedule:

• 40% upon order (deposit)
• 40% during project (intermediate delivery)
• 20% upon final delivery

Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card (Stripe). 3x interest-free payment available for projects over €3,000.

4. Guarantees

• Minimum Lighthouse score of 95 for all websites
• Free corrections for 30 days after delivery for any bugs
• Technical support included for 1 month after delivery
• GDPR compliance for all data processing

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client becomes owner of the source code developed specifically for their project, the designs and mockups created, and the content produced. Flowtai retains the right to use internally developed technologies and methods for other projects.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
